With over 25 years of experience as a nurse, I bring in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations to every family I serve. My career spans the full continuum of care, including acute care, post-acute, skilled nursing, assisted living, behavioral health, and psychiatric/mental health settings, giving me firsthand insight into how healthcare operations work and where they often fail patients. Combined with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, my background bridges professional insight with the emotional complexities of aging.

I founded Anchor Care Navigation in Arizona to solve a critical gap for adult children. After seeing how busy and demanding healthcare environments can leave families without the time, attention, and communication they need, I saw how important information is often missed between healthcare providers, older adults, and their families. Whether you live locally right here in Arizona or across the country, balancing a demanding career and family while managing an aging parent’s health can quickly become overwhelming.

Anchor Care Navigation provides the trusted, local presence your family needs. By intentionally limiting my active client roster, I deliver discreet, uncompromising attention. My role is to ease the complexities and bridge the communication gap between your family, overworked healthcare providers, and large healthcare systems, from attending medical appointments and proactively coordinating prescription refills to identifying suitable care facilities when a parent can no longer safely live at home, while keeping families thoroughly and transparently informed.
